Text of CME course letter

Dear Colleague:

Albemarle Therapy Center is proud to be hosting a Cuevas MEDEK Exercises (CME) Certification
course, Level I this November in Charlottesville, VA. This course is scheduled from November
30th to December 4th, 2009. I would like to extend a personal invitation to all pediatric
physiotherapists and occupational therapists to participate in this wonderful learning opportunity
where you will be instructed by Simona DeMarchi, a PT and CME IV Certified Practitioner.

Simona graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto in
1997. She has since completed a number of postgraduate pediatric courses including the
Introductory (CME I), Intermediate (CME II) and Advanced (CME III) levels of certification in
CME therapy. Since 2003, when she received her CME III certification, she has acted as organizer
and assistant to Ramon Cuevas, creator of CME therapy, for all CME I and II courses taught in
Canada. In this rolel she has had the opportunity to observe and assist Ramon as he led the
instruction of both levels of certification. Then, most recently, Simona became the first therapist
to receive the distinction of completing the CME IV program under Ramon's direct instruction.

Completion of this level of certification authorizes Simona to teach both CME I and II courses in
accordance with the regulations set out by Ramon Cuevas himself as both creator of CME therapy
and founder of the International Head Office of CME therapy, located in Santiago, Chile.
Throughout her careerl Simona has had extensive opportunity to learn directly from Ramon and
has even traveled to Chile on two occasions to observe him working with clients there and further
update her skills in CME therapy.

Simona is Founder and Managing Director of blueballoon Physiotherapy, part of blueballoon
Health Services, a multidisciplinary private practice with a head office located in Toronto, Ontario.
She is proud to be invited to share her experience with you and hopes that you will join in on
this exciting opportunity to be introduced to CME therapy.

If you would like further information about CME therapy, please visit Ramon's website
